Never sold, never mined

Your documents and signer data are used to provide the service — full stop. We don't sell your data, and we don't mine your contracts for advertising or training.

Isolated by design

Every workspace is isolated by owner. In team accounts, each member's documents live in their own namespace — even teammates can't browse each other's private files.

Encrypted everywhere

TLS in transit, 256-bit AES at rest, and application-layer encryption for signer secrets. Download links are short-lived signed URLs that expire automatically.

Your cloud, your custody

With bring-your-own-cloud, your organization's documents and certificates are stored in buckets you own and control. Sensitive files never have to leave your infrastructure.

Privacy-first verification

Identity verification collects only what's needed to verify a signer, processes it through an audited verification partner, and binds the result — not the raw data — to the signature.

Transparent to signers

Recipients always know who sent a document and why. Consent to sign electronically is captured explicitly, the way ESIGN and GDPR expect.

You stay in control

Privacy means being able to see, export, and remove your data without filing a support ticket. BeeSign gives you that control directly from your dashboard.
